The Rolling Earth Retreat house has two wings; the West Wing has three private rooms that sleep one-three people with two shared bathrooms, and the East Wing has a private room with a double and a twin bed, a dorm-style room that sleeps eight on bunk beds and one bathroom. There are a total of 5 bathrooms for Guest use in the whole house.
Main Lounge Area
The main lounge area has comfy couches, a low-emissions woodstove stocked with salvaged firewood, children’s toys, a small library with a large diversity of books for borrow during your stay, board games, stereo system, and wireless internet. With so many things to do, we’re not sorry there’s no TV!
Multi-Purpose Room
This 450 sq.ft room has big picture windows to lush, green temperate forest scenes outside. There is a bathroom here, a few folding tables and many comfy chairs as well as a piano and a drum kit. This room can be transformed from a fully-equipt meeting or music space to an open space depending on your groups needs. An LCD projector and screen are available for rent for $100/day.
Kitchen and Dining Room
Our kitchen is perfect for 2-3 cooks at a time, and our dining room fits about 20. Please let us know at the time of registration what your group requires (catering or self-service).
Accommodation Rates
When you book a retreat with us for 8 or more people, your party has exclusive use of the retreat farm house and centre. The accommodations are 4 private rooms, each room sleeps 1-3 persons with shared washrooms and a large bunk-style room that sleeps 8 people. Rates are as follows for parties of 8 or more. GST* (Goods & Services Tax) is applicable to all accommodations rates listed.
High Season: June thru October Thanksgiving Weekend.
2 nights minimum rental. $960 per nite* for groups of up to 16 people. Catering is extra.
Low Season: October Thanksgiving Weekend thru May.
Special offer booking of at least 2 nights $720 per nite* for groups of up to 16 people. Catering is extra.
For Special Programs: We can accommodate individuals and smaller parties of guests. Guest fees
are as follows:
